February Fun !

Cooper Young is a whopping three years old! He seems so much older than that to me. He is a very wise young man and brings more joy to us than we could imagine. His laughter throughout our home is my favorite. He loves to be outside, eat sweets, and be with his Daddy.
Aunt Diane was kind enough to let us watch her Charlotte's Webb and ever since Coop loves Charlotte and Wilbur. He is not so much a fan of Templeton though. He was a happy camper when he unwrapped this gift.
Honey and Bampa got everyone some snazzy sunglasses. They are goin around in style now!!
Oh the Young siblings! With every trip they come up with another fun adventure together. This month they chose to go on a four mile run across Declo. They had planned it before we even arrived, but they did not planned the freezing wind and snow! Everyone finished in great time. The only thing that did not hold up was Meg's mascara. They look like a bunch of hooligans, but what champs!!

The boys helped us make some mighty fine Valentine's cookies for the neighborhood. we had so much fun taking them around and visiting our Woodville friends. We feel so blessed to live around such wonderful people. Stan and Verla are our eighty year old neighbors and I must say, some of our best friends. We could not ask for a better little community.

SUE!! The Idaho Museum brought in Sue. The boys were in heaven!
I love these two! I can't sleep at night thinking of all the fun things I cannot wait to do with them. I enjoy all of our fun adventures so much. Mostly, I just love being at home together, I love when they run in to wake us up in the morning and we all climb in our bed and talk about our plans for the day. Without fail Vern , our loud rooster, helps us to know it's time to rise and shine!

  1. Can I be a Ben and Kattie child? You two seems to make life look really fun! Cookies, the museum, chickens, etc. etc.
Oh, by the way, the counters look really nice! We've been told about your little makeover in the kitchen (plus you wrote about it on this blog) so it is nice to see little glimpses of it. Only a few more months and we can see it in real life!
